Easily run 384 samples in under ten minutes with this robust MALDI TOF Mass Spec. The Sequenom MassARRAY are ideally suited for assays such as SNP Genotyping, Methylation Analysis, Comparative Sequence Analysis, Quantitative Gene Expression and SNP Genotyping. The Sequenom MassArray Mass Spec has it all including the ability to scale up as your laboratory needs continue to grow. This system is ideal for investigating 10 to 50 genes at a time. In addition, quantitative gene expression can be ran through competitive PCR Method combined with iPLEX Gold Assay and multiplex reactions.

The TOF measurement procedure is also ideally suited to the MALDI ionization process since the pulsed laser takes individual \’shots\’ rather than working in continuous operation. MALDI-TOF instrument or reflectron is equipped with an \”ion mirror\” that reflects ions using an electric field, thereby doubling the ion flight path and increasing the resolution.

MALDI has been coupled with IMS-TOF MS to identify phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated peptides.

While your instrument is on warranty, we will provide Email (support@spectralabsci.com) and phone support and troubleshooting if you require assistance. If there is ever anything wrong with the equipment, we will replace it. Warranty begins from the date your equipment is successfully delivered. Any issues that occur during warranty should be reported immediately, describing the issues in as much detail as possible. Do not attempt to repair the equipment or involve a 3rd party without our express permission – this will result in voiding our warranty.

Installation and Training

If you purchase equipment from Spectralab Scientific, we offer installation and familiarization by our service technicians for an additional fee. If the instrument is particularly complicated, we highly recommend this service.
