AB Sciex Turbo V Ion Source
The Turbo VTM ion source can be used for either electrospray ionization (ESI) or atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI). The TurboIonSpray® probe is used for ESI mode operation. The APCI probe is used for APCI mode operation ionization. Applications for the ion source include qualitative method development and qualitative and quantitative analysis.
This AB Sciex Turbo V Ion Source is usable with API 4000, 4000 Qtrap, 3200, 3200 Qtrap, 5000, 5500, 5500 Qtrap, etc.
AB Sciex DuoSpray Ion source
The DuoSpray ion source enables the use of either the TurboIonSpray or APCI probe in the same ion source housing. Use the ion source for either electrospray ionization (ESI), with the TurboIonSpray probe, or atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI), with the APCI probe. Applications for the ion source include qualitative method development and qualitative and quantitative analysis.
The DuoSpray ion source with the optional calibrant delivery system (CDS) can be used to introduce calibration
solution for automated mass calibration of the mass spectrometer. The CDS makes sure that the mass accuracy
of the system is maintained throughout batch acquisition.
AB Sciex NanoSpray II source
The NanoSpray II is a Mass Spectrometer Electrospray Ionizer. It is a robust yet stable source for low flow proteomic applications. Providing the flexibility of static infusion, the Nanospray II has the ability for continuous nano flow applications with a single source. This significantly improves stability and performance for nano flow LC/MS/MS applications.
AB Sciex NanoSpray III source
The NanoSpray III Source significantly improves the ease of nanoflow and CESI applications on all SCIEX MS instruments, while still maintaining all the flexibility to address the diverse applications in proteomics. The easily adjustable arm enables a wide use of tip and column configurations. The improved spray visualization provides constant monitoring of spray for easy source optimization. Finally, the preset angle reduces risk of instrument contamination for long term stability. In combination with either the nanoDCI heater and interface or the OptiFlow Interface, the NanoSpray III Source provides a solid solution for low flow chromatography.
