The QAII C Mechanical Qualification Station measures vibration, spindle rotational speed (RPM), shaft and vessel perpendicularity, wobble, vessel plate level and vessel/bath temperatures using a set of electronic sensors. The sensors include a wobble gauge, a magnetic tachometer, an electronic level sensor and a calibrated temperature probe. The vibration device is capable of measuring acceleration (mm/sec2), velocity (mm/sec), displacement (mm) and frequency (Hz).
Specifications:
Type | Specifications |
---|---|
Wobble gauge accuracy | ± 0.02 mm from 0 – 10 mm |
achometer accuracy | ± 0.2 at 20 RPM; ± 0.5 from 30 – 250 RPM |
Level sensor accuracy | ± 0.2 ° from 0 – 1.5 ° |
Vibration sensor accuracy | ± 0.03 g * |
Temperature accuracy | ± 0.1 °C from 5 – 50 °C (calibrated range 30.0-45.0 °C ) |
* The vibration sensor is not NIST-traceable and should be used for relative asurements only. The sensor is calibrated statically with respect to gravity. Other instruments should be used if you require measurements under conditions of dynamic vibration.
