Column temperature variations may cause your peak retention times to shift and peak shapes to change, increasing the difficulty of achieving precise results.

Waters provides two approaches to accurate, microprocessor-based column temperature control –
the Alliance HPLC Column Heater and the Alliance HPLC Column Heater/Cooler. Both of these devices feature:

Forced air recirculation – to provide a stable thermal
environment for your HPLC columns.
Simplified column attachments – to accommodate columns as long as 30 cm (with guard columns or inline filters) through a set of sliding clips on dual full-length column-mounting rails.
Improved tubing management – to control column inlet and outlet tubing. Along with the lower drip tray, it enhances both functionality and safety.
Easily installed switch valves – to accommodate user-
installable switching valves by providing mounting space on the bottom of the module.

This Waters Alliance HPLC Column Heater model SMH is in good condition. It was made for the Waters e2695 HPLC. It has been tested here at SpectraLab Scientific.

While your instrument is on warranty, we will provide Email (support@spectralabsci.com) and phone support and troubleshooting if you require assistance. If there is ever anything wrong with the equipment, we will replace it. Warranty begins from the date your equipment is successfully delivered. Any issues that occur during warranty should be reported immediately, describing the issues in as much detail as possible. Do not attempt to repair the equipment or involve a 3rd party without our express permission – this will result in voiding our warranty.

Installation and Training

If you purchase equipment from Spectralab Scientific, we offer installation and familiarization by our service technicians for an additional fee. If the instrument is particularly complicated, we highly recommend this service. If you’ve purchased less-complex equipment from us that you would like to install yourself, we can provide Team Viewer, email, or telephone support for no additional cost.
